Built in Genoa and shipped to the Far East from Terminal San Giorgio on board the German Zeamarine Zea Shanghai, the Ansaldo mega alternator will be deployed by one of the major Chinese energy companies for the production of electric energy
Genoa, 30 December 2019 – The final stages of the assembly of the industrial machinery components were completed in the port by a team led by the Ansaldo engineers, in view of the fact that it would not have been possible to transport the 372-tonne oversized cargo by road from the manufacturing plant into the port.
