The concession has been awarded to the temporary association of economic operators Vitali - Roncello Capital
Genoa, 15 February 2020 - With reference to the redevelopment and management of the Hennebique Silos, the former derelict grain silos strategically located along the Old Port waterfront, the result of the tender has today been officially published: the 90-year concession is to be awarded to the temporary association of economic operators Vitali - Roncello Capital. The consortium submitted a bid in response to the call to tender announced by the Western Ligurian Sea Port Authority in June of last year. The offer will now be subject to the official approval on the part of the Port Authority Management Committee.
