In response to recent Covid-19 health emergency directives, PSA Genova Pra' have announced that access to the One-Stop Office at their full-container terminal has been upgraded, with a switch from manual to automatic procedures.
As of 2 April, road-hauliers will be required to request an entrance ticket to access the One-Stop Office.
The ticket can be requested:
- via "PSA Genova Pra' Transporters" mobile App already in use, soon to be integrated in a couple of weeks with a "One-Stop Office" button;
- via SMS to mobile number: +39 3316166446, texting "MERCI".
