25 October 2019 - Joost Flamand, Ambassador of the Kingdom of The Netherlands was in Genoa on his first official visit to the city since his official appointment.
Accompanied by the Honorary Consul General, Franco Gattorno, the Ambassdor was received by the President of the Western Ligurian Sea Port Authority, Paolo Emilio Signorini, in the historic headquarters of Palazzo San Giorgio. Following preliminary introductions, the meeting focused on the extensive port infrastructure investment programme currently underway across the Ports of Genoa, Savona and Vado Ligure, and explored the potential forms of cooperation between Italian and Dutch companies.
