In compliance with EU Reg. 679/2016 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data), we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of the personal data provided. This is information provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 679/2016 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data).

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data means “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person”.
The personal data that will be processed for the purpose indicated below are:
- Identification data (Name, Surname);
- Contact data (E-mail).
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
Keep members updated on the main news from the ports of Genoa, Pra’, Savona and Vado Ligure.
LAWFULNESS OF THE TREATMENT
The consent to the processing of personal data expressed by data subject pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter a) of the GDPR.
DATA RETENTION
Your personal data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed, in compliance with the principle of limitation of storage or until the revocation of the specific consent by data subject occurs.
PROVISION
The provision of personal data is free and optional. However, in the absence of such information it is not possible to proceed with the activities covered by the processing purpose.
RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF DATA RECIPIENTS
The personal data provided will be communicated to recipients, who will process the data as Data Processors (art. 28 of EU Reg. 679/2016) and/or as authorized persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Data Processor (art. 29 of EU Reg. 679/2016), for the purposes listed abov.
DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
TREATMENT METHODS
The processing operations, carried out only by personnel duly trained and authorised by the Data Controller or his delegates, will take place in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency through computer and telematic tools for the sole purpose of providing the requested service.
