OperatorTerminal

The Colacem terminal is located on the Boselli quay, at the entrance of the port of Savona, where it operates a silo for the storage of bulk grains, oil seeds, by-products and cement.

The plant (UNI EN 9001 certified) is equipped with two mobile pneumatic agribulk unloading towers and with an IBAU screw conveyor ship-unloading system for cement and other powder or granular goods.

Four automated truck/wagon loading systems ensure fast and precise weighing and re-loading operations, with daily rates of more than 4,000 t. The plant is provided with three railway tracks for a total length of 360 m.
