Applying for sponsorship/contribution
How to proceed

The Port Authority may grant contributions and sponsorships for events and initiatives based on their cultural, social or economic significance or merit.

As from 1 July 2023, applications shall be submitted only through the Single Public Administration Window (Sportello Unico Amministrativo - SUA).

Applications for contributions must be submitted to the Port Authority:

  • from 1 to 31 October, for initiatives planned in the first half of the following year;
  • from 1 to 30 April, for initiatives planned in the second half of the current year.

Applications for sponsorships must be submitted to the Port Authority at least 30 days before the event or initiative for which the free sponsorship is sought.
