THE Alliance reinstates Genoa in Asia-Med services,
THE Alliance, which groups together major carriers Hapag-Lloyd, HMM, Ocean Network Express (ONE) and Yang Ming, has announced that, as of next week, the Far East-Mediterranean services are set to resume regular ports of call following the extended blank sailings reported - due to the heavy fall in industrial output and demand in China, Italy and the rest of Europe - during the Covid-19 public health emergency.
From 7 September, the MD2 liner service will return fully operational and is scheduled to call at Marseilles - Genoa - La Spezia- Piraeus - Singapore - Hong Kong - Kaohsiung - Busan - Qingdao - Shanghai - Ningbo - Kaohsiung.
