Inauguration at the PSA Genova Pra’ full-container terminal of the new EMA (East Mediterranean - America) scheduled liner service, operated by the Asian ONE/COSCO/OOCL/YANG MING alliance , between the Mediterranean ports and the East Coast of the United States
The new EMA service offers sailings direct from Genoa to the Ports of Mersin, Haifa, Alessandria, Istanbul, Pireo, Algeciras, New York, Norfolk and Savannah.
On 6 May, inaugural call at PSA Genova Pra’ of the ONE Bilbao Bridge container vessel, where the 900-teu handling operations were completed in 9 hours. Further confirmation that, amid the Covid-19 global emergency, the Ports of Genoa are fully operational.
