The inaugural flight from Cristoforo Colombo Airport to Moscow Vnukovo Airport. Genoa’s airport firefighters saluted the aircraft with the traditional water arch. The new route has been launched by the Aeroflot low-cost subsidiary, Pobeda.
19 April 2019 –The airline will connect Genoa with Moscow four times weekly until October: every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Departure time from Cristoforo Colombo is scheduled at 11:15, with arrival in the Russian Federation’s capital city at 15:45 local time; whilst the flight departs from Moscow at 7:50 and arrives in the capital of the Italian Riviera at 10:45.
The flight will be operated by modern B737-800 aircraft, with 189 seats. A total of 40,000 airline tickets to/from Genoa until 26 October 2019 will be put on sale.
