The redevelopment of Ponte Parodi is underway, an area at the heart of the far-reaching regeneration plan of the prime site which includes Hennebique, the former landmark grain silos of the Port of Genoa, and the construction of a new quay dedicated to cruise passenger traffic.
The successful demolition of the Rimorchiatori Riuniti Porto di Genova building along Ponte Parodi, carried out by the company Dott. Carlo Agnese S.p.A. has freed up a strategic site, located between the Old Port Waterfront and the passenger port, set to become a major multi-service hub catering for cruise, tourist and recreational activities.
