Switzerland has to date shown great interest in the progress of the Ports of Genoa; however, the Swiss are no longer alone. The recent heightened attention towards the newly established Port Authority has attracted interest from other countries, companies and investors worldwide. Genoa and Switzerland have an excellent opportunity to join together and capture a substantial share of the Far East - Europe traffic. Thanks to the invaluable support of Marco Del Panta, Italian Ambassador in Bern, the cooperation between Switzerland and the Ports of Genoa will be strengthened over the following months”.
