ENTRY IN THE REGISTER PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 68 OF THE ITALIAN COD.NAV.

APG Decree no. 555 of 16 April 1999 approves the Regulation for the guidelines of Industrial, Craft and Commercial Activities carried out in the Port of Genoa for inclusion in the Register established and maintained by the Authority pursuant to art. 68 of the Navigation Code.
The following is a list of the documentation required to file an application:
-Application (doc - 30 Kb ) on Company letterhead paper with affixed stamp of € 16.00 on which to indicate, in addition to all personal data relating to the requesting company, the specific activity for which registration is requested;
-Corporate self-certification (doc - 93.5 Kb ) on the company's headed paper, date stamped and signed by the legal representative accompanied by an identity document;
-Anti-Mafia declaration (pdf - 212.27 Kb ) (D.P.R. n.445 of 28.12.2000) issued by the obliged parties, accompanied by a copy of the subscribers’ identity documents;
-Copy of the RCT - RCO policy and relative receipt for the activity to be authorised;
-Original Guarantee Policy and related receipt (only for companies that carry out activities that require a guarantee deposit); Mandatory clauses Guarantee Policy (doc - 39 Kb ).
-List on headed paper of nautical means (to only be presented for activities of underwater work with the use of nautical means).
